On February 3, 2025 (the "Petition Date"), Scanrock Oil & Gas, Inc. and O'Ryan Ranches, Ltd. each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.  Subsequently, on February 9, 2025, six affiliated Debtors (collectively, with Scanrock Oil & Gas, Inc. and O'Ryan Ranches, Ltd., the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.  The Debtors’ cases are jointly administered under Case No. 25-90001 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas (the "Bankruptcy Court") before the Honorable Judge Mark X. Mullin.
