On December 16, 2024 (the "Petition Date"), ATech (Parent) Resolution Corp. f/k/a Akoustis Technologies, Inc. and three affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors’ bankruptcy cases are pending joint administration under Case No. 24-12796 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court") before the Honorable Judge Laurie Selber Silverstein.

 

On April 26, 2025, the Debtors filed the Notice of Successful Bidder in Connection with the Sales of the Debtors' Assets.  The Notice can be found HERE.
