On February 8, 2021 (the "Petition Date"), Carla's Pasta, Inc., filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, joining its affiliate Suri Realty, LLC that commenced its chapter 11 case on December 17, 2020 (together the "Debtors"). The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 21-20111 before Judge Tancredi in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut (the "Bankruptcy Court").

The Debtors' First Amended Joint Plan (the "Plan") was confirmed on August 2, 2021.  For a copy of the Confirmation Order (Docket No. 1054), please click here.
