On June 9, 2023 (the "Petition Date"), Evangelical Retirement Homes of Greater Chicago, Inc. dba Friendship Village of Schaumburg (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor's bankruptcy case is administered under Case No. 23-07541 before the Honorable Timothy A. Barnes in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois (the "Bankruptcy Court").
On September 10, 2024, the Debtor's bankruptcy case converted to a Chapter 7 Case pursuant to U.S.C. § 1112(b)(4).
An Order Granting Motion to Authorize Terminating Stretto has been entered.
