On October 28, 2020 (the "Petition Date"), Henry Ford Village, Inc. (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor's case was assigned Case No. 20-51066 before the Honorable Mark A. Randon in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (the "Bankruptcy Court"). On January 19, 2022 (the "Effective Date"), Henry Ford Village, Inc. consummated the First Amended Chapter 11 Liquidating Plan that was confirmed on December 6, 2021 (the "Confirmation Date"), and all responsibilities were transferred to the HFV Liquidating Trust.
