On November 27, 2024 (the "Petition Date"), Kentucky Owl, LLC (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor's bankruptcy case is administered under Case No. 24-80147 before the Honorable Scott W. Everett in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas (the "Bankruptcy Court"). On February 19, 2026, Claudia Z. Springer was appointed Chapter 11 Trustee for the Debtor.
