On October 7, 2024 (the "Petition Date"), Reliant Life Shares LLC (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor's bankruptcy case is administered under Case No. 24-11695 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California (the "Bankruptcy Court") before the Honorable Martin R. Barash.

The bankruptcy case was filed with the goal of addressing all interests in Reliant’s assets in one forum. The Office of the United States Trustee has appointed an Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors that has retained counsel. Information about that Committee can be accessed under the tab at the top for “Information for Creditors.”
