On November 2, 2024 (the "Petition Date"), TGI Friday's Inc. and 22 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 24-80069 and are pending before the Honorable Judge Stacey G. Jernigan in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas (the "Bankruptcy Court").
