On June 16, 2023 (the "Petition Date"), Alecto Healthcare Services, LLC (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor's bankruptcy case was assigned Case No. 23-10787 and is pending before the Honorable J Kate Stickles in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court").
