On June 28, 2024 (the "Petition Date"), Basic Fun, Inc. and four affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors’ bankruptcy cases are pending joint administration under Case No. 24-11432 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court") before the Honorable Judge Craig T. Goldblatt.
 

An Order (I) Issuing a Final Decree Closing the Chapter 11 Cases; (II) Consensually Terminating the Claims and Noticing Agent's Services; and (III) Granting Related Relief has been entered.
