On September 28, 2020 (the "Petition Date"), Bouchard Transportation Co., Inc. and four (4) affiliated debtors filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
On September 29, 2020, forty-seven (47) additional debtors filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of United States Bankruptcy Code (collectively referred to as the "Debtors"). The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 20-34682 and are pending before the Honorable David R. Jones in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas (the "Bankruptcy Court").
On August 26, 2021, the Bankruptcy Court entered the Order Approving the Debtors' Disclosure Statement and Confirming the First Amended Plan. A copy of the Order can be accessed by clicking HERE.
