Litigation administrators are appointed under the Plan and authorized by the Bankruptcy Court to prosecute, settle, or otherwise resolve certain litigation matters belonging to the Debtors. Given the complexity of the cases and the outstanding claims, there is more than one Litigation Administrator overseeing different litigation assets.

The Litigation Administrator of Celsius Network will be offering a settlement to most account holders who are subject to preference liabilities (i.e., unless otherwise excluded under the Plan, those who withdrew more than $100,000 between April 14, 2022, and July 13, 2022). Any amounts recovered through this process by the Litigation Administrator on behalf of the Litigation Oversight Committee will serve to benefit all eligible Celsius creditors in their recoveries under the Plan. If you are part of this small subset of current and former Celsius account holders, you should have received a Settlement Notice from Stretto with more information, including any action that is required of you.
