On October 3, 2022 (the "Petition Date"), Claim Jumper Acquisition Company, LLC and seven affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 22-21941 and are pending before the Honorable Judge Gregory L. Taddonio in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania (the "Bankruptcy Court").

On December 23, 2022, the Court entered an Order Dismissing Certain of the Debtors' Chapter 11 Cases (Docket No. 337). Pursuant to section 1112(b) of the Bankruptcy Code, the Chapter 11 cases of the following Debtors are hereby dismissed: Claim Jumper Restaurant (Phoenix), LLC (Case No. 22-21943), Claim Jumper Restaurant (Sacramento), LLC (Case No. 22-21944), Claim Jumper Restaurant (Tualatin), LLC (Case No. 22-21945), C Jumper Restaurant, Inc. (Case No. 22-21946), KRG JCS Redondo Beach, LLC (Case No. 22-21947), KRG JCS, LLC (Case No. 22-21948) and KRG BHTT, LLC (Case No. 22-21950).
