On November 4, 2019 (the "Petition Date"), Fleetwood Acquisition Corp. and two affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 19-12330 and are pending before the Honorable Karen B. Owens in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court").

On June 23, 2020 the Debtors' bankruptcy cases converted from a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy to a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
