On April 28, 2022 (the “Petition Date”), HONX, Inc. (the “Debtor”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas (Houston Division).  The case is pending before the Honorable Judge Marvin Isgur and is administered under Case No. 22-90035.

On February 16, 2024, the Bankruptcy Court entered the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order (I) Confirming the Further Modified First Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization of Honx, Inc. and (II) Granting Related Relief (the “Confirmation Order”), pursuant to which the Bankruptcy Court approved and confirmed the First Amended Chapter 11 Plan Filed by HONX, Inc. (the “First Amended Chapter 11 Plan”).
