On November 6, 2024 (the "Petition Date"), OYA Renewables Development LLC and seven (7) affiliated debtors (together, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor's bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 24-12574 before the Honorable Karen B. Owens in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court").

On April 22, 2025, the Court entered the Order Confirming the Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation (the “Confirmation Order”) confirming the Disclosure Statement and Plan of Liquidation (the “Plan”).

The Plan became effective on April 24, 2025 (the “Effective Date”).
