On July 30, 2024 (the "Petition Date"), VBI Vaccines (Delaware) Inc. and three (3) of its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Debtors") filed for relief under Chapter 15 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The cases are jointly administered under Case No. 24-11623 before the Honorable Brendan L. Shannon in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court").
