On February 7, 2025 (the "Petition Date"), White Forest Resources, Inc. and ten affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 25-10195 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court") before the Honorable Thomas M. Horan.
On August 25, 2025, the Debtors' bankruptcy cases were converted to cases under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code pursuant to the Case Conversion Order.
