On January 24, 2021 (the "Petition Date"), Alpha Media Holdings LLC and fifteen affiliated debtors (together, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 20-30209 and are pending before the Honorable Kevin R. Huennekens in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division.

On March 4, 2022, a final decree order was entered closing the Chapter 11 cases.
