On June 1, 2020 (the "Petition Date"), Basin Transload LLC (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor's case was assigned case no. 20-11462 and is pending before the Honorable Judge John T. Dorsey in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court")

On October 6, 2020 an order was entered closing the Chapter 11 case.
