On March 1, 2021 (the "Petition Date"), CMC II, LLC (the "Debtor") and five affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 21-10461 before the Honorable John T. Dorsey in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court").

The Debtors' First Amended Combined Disclosure Statement and Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation (the "Plan") was confirmed on December 3, 2021. For a copy  of the Confirmation Order (Docket No. 718), please click HERE.

On December 29, 2021, a final decree closing certain of the cases was entered, and on March 4, 2022, a final decree order was entered closing the remaining Chapter 11 cases.
