On November 4, 2025 (the "Petition Date"), F-Star Socorro, L.P. and thirty-three affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 25-90607 before the Honorable Alfredo R. Pérez in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas (the "Bankruptcy Court").
