The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 25-90105 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas (the "Bankruptcy Court") before the Honorable Christopher M. Lopez.
On May 15, 225, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Second Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization of Plenty Unlimited Texas LLC and Its Debtor Affiliates A (the "Plan"). The Effective Date of the Plan occurred on May 29, 2025
