On September 8, 2021 (the "Petition Date"), ABC Carpet Co., Inc. and two affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 21-11591 before the Honorable David S. Jones in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the "Bankruptcy Court").

The Amended Debtors' Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation of A.B.C. Carpet Co., Inc., et al. (As Further Modified) was confirmed on March 3, 2022.  For a copy of the Confirmation Order (Docket No. 382), please click here.

On July 12, 2022, a final decree closing the cases of A.B.C. Home Furnishings, Inc. (Case No. 21-11592) and A.B.C. Oriental Carpets (Case No. 21-11593) was entered.
