On February 21, 2023 (the "Petition Date"), Allegiance Coal USA Limited and three affiliated debtors (together, the "Debtors") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 23-10234 before the Honorable Craig T Goldblatt in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court").
The final order dismissing the chapter 11 cases was entered on July 25 (Final Order).
