On August 2, 2023 (the "Assignment Date"), Anchor Brewing Company, LLC (the "Assignor" or the "Company") executed a General Assignment for the benefit of its Creditors (the "General Assignment") in favor of a special purpose entitiy formed to undertake the General Assignment, ASB OpCo, LLC (the "Assignee"), pursuant to applicable California state law.
