On August 5, 2024 (the "Petition Date"), The Aztec Fund Holding, Inc., and eleven (11) affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 24-90436 before the Honorable Christopher M. Lopez in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas (the "Bankruptcy Court").
