On August 31, 2023 (the "Assignment Date"), Bravo Sports, Assignor's collectively, ("BSC")(collectively, the "Assignors") executed a General Assignment for the benefit of its Creditors (the "General Assignment") in favor of a special purpose entitiy formed to undertake the General Assignment, Bravo Sports ABC LLC (the "Assignee"), pursuant to applicable California state law.
