On June 3, 2024 (the "Petition Date"), CalAmp Corp. and three affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors’ bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 24-11136 before the Honorable Laurie Selber Silverstein in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court").

An Order and Final Decree (I) Closing the Chapter 11 Cases; (II) Terminating Claims and Noticing Services; and (III) Granting Related Relief has been entered.
