On April 14, 2025 (the “Petition Date”), Creativemass Holdings, Inc. and Creativemass Enterprises US LLC (together, the “Debtors”) each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11, Subchapter V of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors’ cases are jointly administered before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Bankruptcy Court”) before the Honorable Mary F. Walrath.

Prior to the Petition Date, the Company commenced solicitation of votes on its proposed Chapter 11 Plan (the “Plan”) in accordance with sections 1125(g) and 1126(b) of the Bankruptcy Code. This prepetition solicitation is being conducted pursuant to and in compliance with applicable provisions of the Bankruptcy Code and relevant court-approved procedures.

The Final Decree (I) Discharging Plan Administrator and Closing the Chapter 11 Cases; (II) Terminating Employment of Stretto, Inc. as Notice, Claims and Solicitation Agent for the Liquidating Debtors; and (III) Granting Related Relief has been entered.
