On May 6, 2020 (the "Petition Date"), Galileo Learning, LLC and one affiliated debtor (together, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under case no. 20-40857 before the Honorable Roger L. Efremsky in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California (Oakland).
