On July 12, 2021 (the "Petition Date"), Limetree Bay Services, LLC and five affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 21-32351 and are pending before the Honorable David R. Jones in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division (the "Bankruptcy Court").

The Debtors' Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation (the "Plan") was confirmed on May 20, 2022.  For a copy of the Confirmation Order (Docket No. 1454), please click here.

The Effective Date of the Plan occurred on June 10, 2022.  For a copy of the Notice of Effective Date (Docket No. 1511), please click here.  The LBR Liquidating Trust was established on the effective date.
