Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used in this Notice shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Third Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation for Norcold LLC [Docket No. 280] (as may be further amended, modified, or supplemented, the “Plan”).
