On February 20, 2026, the Bankruptcy Court entered its Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order Confirming the Third Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation for Norcold LLC [Docket No. 290] (the “Confirmation Order”). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used in this Notice shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Third Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation for Norcold LLC [Docket No. 280] (as may be further amended, modified, or supplemented, the “Plan”).

The Effective Date of the Plan occurred on February 27, 2026.
