On September 7, 2023 (the "Petition Date"), Off Lease Only LLC and two affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 23-11388 before the Honorable Craig T. Goldblatt in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court").
On October 3, 2023, the Debtors' bankruptcy case was converted to a case under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code pursuant to the Case Conversion Order.
