On October 15, 2024 (the "Initial Petition Date"), Pottsville Operations, LLC and ten affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Initial Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Subsequently, on November 18, 2024 (the "Secondary Petition Date"), an additional ten affiliated debtors (the "Secondary Debtors" and, collectively with the Initial Debtors, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.

The Debtors’ bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 24-70418 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania (the "Bankruptcy Court") before the Honorable Judge Jeffery A. Deller.
