PrimaLend Capital Partners, LP, and certain affiliated entities, as debtors and debtors in possession in the above-captioned cases (collectively, the “Initial Debtors”), together with PCAP Holdings, LP (the “Additional Debtor” and, together with the Initial Debtors, the “Debtors”), filed voluntary petitions for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in this Court. The Initial Debtors commenced their chapter 11 cases on October 22, 2025 (the “Initial Debtors’ Petition Date”), and the Additional Debtor commenced its chapter 11 case on December 12, 2025 (the “Additional Debtor Petition Date”). The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 25-90013 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas (the "Bankruptcy Court").
