On November 5, 2018, Promise Healthcare Group, LLC and 45 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court"). 

Thereafter, on March 19, 2019 and April 17, 2019, the Court dismissed the cases of St. Alexius Properties, LLC, St. Alexius Hospital Corporation #1, Success Healthcare 2, LLC, and Professional Rehabilitation Hospital, L.L.C. The cases of the remaining Debtors are pending before the Honorable Craig T. Goldblatt, and are jointly administered under Case No. 18-12491.
