On December 22, 2019 (the "Petition Date"), Seabras 1 USA, LLC and Seabras 1 Bermuda Ltd. (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered before Judge Stuart M. Bernstein under case no. 19-14006 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the "Bankruptcy Court").
On August 31, 2020 an order was entered closing the Chapter 11 cases.
