SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION AND OBJECTION GUIDELINES

If your claim was denied or reduced for insufficient information (Reconciliation Codes D-1 or R-4), and you would like to object to the Receiver’s claim recommendation, please use this form to submit your objection and supporting documentation.

Your objection should be in writing (1) specifying your intent to object to my recommendation regarding your claim, (2) explaining the basis for your disagreement with my recommendation, and (3) if necessary, providing additional documentation that may support your claim (which you have not already submitted).

The following forms of information are considered valid support for claims, and all claims require support:

  • For Investments Made In Cash
    • Cancelled Check (front and back); or
    • Wire Transfer Confirmation (not wire request form); or
    • Bank Statement showing details of the amount transferred and to whom the payment went.

If your deposit was made to a non-Defendant, you must provide the email confirmation that your deposit was credited to an account with Algo Capital and/or Traders Domain (See links for examples – EXAMPLE 1, EXAMPLE 2).

  • For Investments Made In Cryptocurrency
    • Traders Domain Successful Deposit Email (See links for examples - EXAMPLE 3, EXAMPLE 4); and/or
    • Traders Domain Daily Confirmation Email showing deposit (See link for example – EXAMPLE 5).

If your deposit was made to a non-Defendant, you need to provide both forms of proof above.
