CRYPTO CLAIM DEFICIENCY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION SUBMISSION
Pursuant to the email or letter from the Receiver, the Receiver will recommend that your claim be DENIED, to the extent of your investment of cryptocurrency, because of insufficient documentation to support the cryptocurrency portion of your claim. Specifically, your claim lacks documentation to verify the source of the funds you invested and to corroborate the cryptocurrency transfers.
If you would like the Receiver to reconsider the denial of your claim, please submit the foregoing information to support your claim within 30 days of receipt of your letter.
To cure this deficiency, you must:
1. Complete the Crypto Claim Support spreadsheet provided in this LINK by providing the information requested for each crypto/digital asset transaction in your claim. To be clear, the information required for each crypto/digital asset transaction in your claim is:
- Claimant Name
- Traders Doman Claim No. (Provided in the Email you received)
- Type (Investment or Payout)
- Date/Time stamp of transaction
- Amount (e.g., 1.50, 0.25, 45,000, etc.)
- Currency (ETH, BTC, USDT, etc.)
- USD equivalent (if different than Amount)
- Transaction hash
- Sending Address (crypto wallet address)
- Receive Address (crypto wallet address)
- Crypto exchange used (if applicable)
- TD confirmation email attached? (Y/N)
2. Save the completed Crypto Claim Support spreadsheet using the following naming convention:
LDR _ Crypto Claim Support _ Claim [ADD YOUR CLAIM # HERE]
3. Save (in pdf. format) the support@thetradersdomain.com email (each a "transaction support email") confirming each deposit / investment identified in the Crypto Claim Support spreadsheet. Use the following naming convention for each pdf.:
LDR _ Support Email (Row [ADD ROW #1) _ Claim [ADD YOUR CLAIM # HERE]
4. Upload the following documents by clicking this LINK and following the upload instructions:
- The Crypto Claim Support spreadsheet
- Each Transaction Support Email file
