On August 8, 2024, David Stapleton ( the “Receiver”), was appointed to serve as the Court-Appointed Receiver pursuant to an Order (the “Receivership Order”) of the Honorable Jonathan Gilman of the Superior Court of the State of California County of Tehama.

Pursuant to the Receivership Order, David Stapleton was appointed as Receiver for the estate (the “Receivership Estate”) of Andersen Shelling, Andersen and Sons Ranch, Inc., A & M Farming, LLC, J. B. Cusick Company, Inc., Farmers Hill Investments, LLC, and A Butter World, LLC, and any affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively,“Receivership Entities”)

Under the terms of The Receivership Order, the Receiver, among other things, has the responsibility and duty to take and hold possession, custody and control of the Receivership Estate.
