On July 6, 2020 (the "Petition Date"), ALS Liquidation LLC (f/k/a Apex Linen Service LLC) and four affiliated debtors (together, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 20-11774 and are pending before the Honorable Laurie Selber Silverstein in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court").

The Combined Disclosure Statement and Plan of Liquidation (the "Plan") was confirmed on December 17, 2021.  For a copy of the Confirmation Order (Docket No. 525), please click here.

The Effective Date of the Plan occurred on January 3, 2022.  For a copy of the Notice of Effective Date (Docket No. 540), please click here.

On March 3, 2022, a final decree closing certain of the cases was entered.
