On September 30, 2021 (the "Petition Date"), Balance Point LLC and MECTA Corporation (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 (Subchapter V) of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 21-11279 and are pending before the Honorable J. Kate Stickles in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court").
