On March 28, 2022 (the "Petition Date"), Black News Channel, LLC (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor's case was assigned Case No. 22-40087 pending before the Honorable Judge Karen K. Specie in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida (the "Bankruptcy Court").

 

On December 21, 2022, the Debtor's bankruptcy case was converted to a case under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code pursuant to the Case Conversion Order.
