On September 10, 2020, Century 21 Department Stores LLC and certain affiliates filed voluntary Chapter 11 petitions in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. The cases are pending before the Honorable Michael E. Wiles and are being jointly administered under Case No. 20-12097.

On April 26, 2021 at 5 PM Eastern Time, the Distribution Record Date occurred.

On May 7, 2021, Cortlandt Liquidating LLC (formerly “Century 21 Department Stores LLC”) consummated the Plan of Liquidation that was confirmed on April 26, 2021.

This is the second request for your tax identification number. Please be advised that, pursuant to
Section 6.1 of the Plan Administrator Agreement attached as Exhibit B to the Confirmation Order,
if you fail to provide a completed and signed Form W-9 (or Form W-8, if applicable) within 90 days
after the date of this request, or by May 26, 2022, then any Distribution to which you may be entitled 
to under the Plan shall irrevocably revert to the Wind-Down Debtor and any Claim in respect of such
Distribution shall be expunged and forever barred from receiving a Distribution under the Plan.
