On March 1, 2021 (the "Petition Date"), MobiTV, Inc. and one affiliated debtor (together, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are  jointly administered under Case No. 21-10457 before the Honorable Laurie S. Silverstein in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court").
