The Sale Transactions will be implemented pursuant to a prearranged chapter 11 plan, supported and funded by 100 percent of CareMax's existing secured lenders.
Throughout the process, CareMax's operations are expected to continue as normal. The company expects to continue to pay trade creditors, employees, and other partners in the ordinary course of business.
